TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for booking with Lake Macquarie Transfers. We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policy.
- Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellation or change to your arrival or departure times.
- It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they have provided the correct information to Lake Macquarie Transfers. Please ensure that this is checked at the time of booking confirmation.
- For all airport pickups, we ask that you turn on your mobile phone on landing. Our driver will then contact you via SMS to advise of the exact meeting location. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry our drivers will be tracking the flight numbers but in the event of flight cancellation please ensure you contact us immediately.
PRICING POLICY
- All prices are inclusive of GST and are shown in Australian dollars.
- All bookings require a $100 deposit at the time of booking, and full payment is due 3 days before the booking date.
- We accept multiple payment options.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation within 4 days of your booking date the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 25% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel 3 days before your scheduled departure or arrival date
- 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel 2 days before your scheduled departure or arrival date
- 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel 1 day before your scheduled departure or arrival date
- No refund for cancellations on the day or travel or NO SHOW
- Lake Macquarie Transfers accepts no responsibility for any sickness, labour disputes, weather conditions, or traffic incidents/delays that are out of our control. We will make every effect possible to ensure your travel to and from your destination is on time and as smooth as possible.
